Wow. One of the best, honest posts I have read lately is from Gary Taxali over at the drawger blog – he’s ranting about how companies are trying to get over on artists in this down economy, and he’s most definitely not having it. The wave of comments solidify that this guy has definitely touched [...]
The Mask of Butcherhead is a replica of the commander’s helmet from the infamous Red Dragon Knights, a military arm of the Order of Saints who ravaged civilizations across the globe waving the flag of the Red Dragon Queen, Merurmiir. Merumiir was one of the Archent- an ancient order of dragons who were supposedly disappointed [...]
For some reason when drawing this guy all I could think of is Bilbo Baggins. I drew the first one straight on, observational/focused style(as much as i could on a ever-shaking train), and the second one in a more of a cartoon, freestyle demeanor. One day, for unknown reasons, a village in the deep forests of the Netherlands became surrounded by a pack of vicious wolves who attacked anyone who tried to leave the village. In this village the local welder had an idea- he would create a mask. This mask would allow him to fool the wolves into [...]
