Wow. Simply, WOW. Japanese character design has always been one of my bigger inspirations, second only to the Marvel Universe. that said, Capcom is offering free download of the Street Fighter IV Training Manual, for those of us that cant afford to purchase the printed book-yeah yeah, recession, baby.
